Step-1 DSC
This is the first and foremost requirement for Private limited company registration, is to acquire Digital signature certificates of all directors and subscribers
Step -2 Director Identification Number
In case of a new director, there is no need to file any separate form. Minimum three directors DIN can be applied through Spice form (www.mca.gov.in)
In case of appointment of Director in existing company, a Separate form DIR-3 (www.mca.gov.in) is required to be filled
Step-3 Availability of Name
In case of Private Limited Company registration, the application for the reservation name is filled through RUN(www.mca.gov.in)
For Run, only two proposed names are required for the working activity of the company.
Attachment only required in such companies, where objects of the company are related to Finance, Investment, and others related thereto in approval of Sectoral Authority is required.
The proposed names which are approved, through Run application remain reserved for twenty days.
Step -4 Filling of Spice form (www.mca.gov.in)
After the availability of a name, in Company registration process, Spice form required to be filled

Notification no.
